These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, mobile applications, and delivery of fresh vegetables, milk, eggs, and chicken (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products & Delivery

• Local Mart delivers fresh vegetables, milk, eggs, and chicken to your doorstep.
  
  

• Product availability may vary depending on your location and supply.
  
  

• Orders placed before the daily cutoff time will be delivered the same day; otherwise, they will be scheduled for the next available slot.
  
  

• We strive for timely delivery, but delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational delays.
  
  

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  
  

• Prices may change without prior notice.
  
  

• You agree to pay the full amount for your selected products at the time of placing the order.
  
  

• Payments can be made via UPI, card, net banking, or COD (where available).
  
  

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be modified or canceled within a short window post-placement, usually within 5 minutes.
  
  

• After this window, cancellation may not be allowed, especially for perishable items like chicken and milk.
  
  

• Local Mart reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or unforeseen issues.
  
  

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of quality issues or incorrect delivery.
  
  

• Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  
  

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
  

6. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
  
  

• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
  
  

• You agree not to misuse the service, abuse delivery partners, or attempt fraudulent transactions.
  
  

7. Account & Data

• You may be required to create an account for better tracking and personalized services.
  
  

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  
  

• By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding how we collect, use, and store your data.
  
  

8. Promotions & Coupons

• Promotional codes and coupons are subject to terms specific to each offer.
  
  

• Local Mart reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time without notice.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

• Local Mart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

• Jurisdiction for any claims will be the courts located in Palwancha.
